In 2009, in the midst of what many may call one of the toughest economic periods since the Great Depression, Jeremy Ostermiller founded Altitude Digital with just $500. Since its inception, ad tech industry leaders and peers have recognized the company for its growth, innovative technology and service. For two consecutive years Altitude Digital placed No.54 on the Inc. 500|5000 Top Private Companies in America list. Altitude won Top Company of Year by ColoradoBiz Magazine, as well as being listed as the fastest growing company in Colorado. Altitude Digital is listed as one of the largest video platforms by both comScore and Quantcast. Along with numerous company accolades, the Denver Business Journal named Ostermiller to the ‘Forty Under 40 of top young leaders and business professionals. He has been recognized for his leadership and commitment to community involvement by other prestigious organizations. Jeremy was also a finalist for the prestigious EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Award in 2013 and 2014, and was honored as a winner in 2015. He was also a finalist for CEO of the Year by ColoradoBiz Magazine and winner of the APEX Entrepreneur of the Year awards. He was recently named a finalist for Executive of the Year in the Stevie® American Business Awards. Ostermiller is a graduate of Colorado State University.
As a sponsor and board member of Youth on Record, Jeremy proudly combines his love of music and true passion for organizations that benefit young people. The Denver-based non-profit empowers Colorado youth with behavioral modification through music. Jeremy has expanded his philanthropic reach by supporting various local organizations, as well as internationally with the Afghan Development Project. That program is committed to building schools in war-torn Afghanistan. Jeremy is also a proud member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).
As CTO of Edison Interactive, Dennis has been a pioneer in the interactive in-ride digital advertising industry. His experience and technology prowess has propelled Edison Interactive into being the global leader in the digital media and content delivery market pertaining to mobile environments.
Dennis has experienced first-hand the struggles of the industry. He understands the importance of delivering engaging, entertaining content to passengers. Dennis has made it his mission to deliver an end product that passengers enjoy and want to engage with.
Over the past 12 years, Dennis has been involved in all facets of the mobile digital advertising business. Within this, he has focused on media and advertising sales with a heavy emphasis on the hardware and software technology. He has developed a number of industrial screens from the ground up for markets around the world, with accompanied software to provide a turnkey solution. During this time he has successfully executed screen projects and installed thousands of screens in dozens of cities around the world.
Dennis is truly an industrial pioneer. He loves challenges and is creative, persistent, and hardworking. He has dedicated years to creating a unique, innovative, cloud-based vehicle advertising platform. Dennis believes that technology employed the correct way can be crucial to the success of any business.
Dennis was born in Canada in 1970. He studied business at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC, and gained his technical knowledge and expertise through self-learning and on the job training.
As Chief Revenue Officer of Edison Interactive, Nick Stanitz-Harper is responsible for all the company’s monetization streams and global expansion initiatives, including screen distribution and advertising sales. He leads a coordinated approach to revenue generation across multiple platforms with the goal to maximize growth in a rapidly changing environment. Nick is also responsible for managing all key relationships and partnerships for the company.
A passionate and enthusiastic entrepreneur, Nick was responsible for the creation and management of several successful businesses before the age of 30. Cutting his teeth in the call center industry, Nick started his first company at the age of 25. Just a couple years later he developed the first digital circulation program of its kind, a process that is now widely used by publishers around the world. In 2008, Nick launched the discount membership club, Consumer Benefits Network. CBN provides its members with a subscription based savings platform, which reduces their costs on everything from: shopping, travel, entertainment, and much more. CBN still services thousands of customers nationwide to this day.
In 2015 Nick founded Sticky Media, a Denver based digital signage and digital advertising company. In a very short period of time, Sticky Media deployed over 1000 screens in taxi cabs, sports bars, medical facilities, and dispensaries in the Denver area. Under Nick’s leadership, Sticky Media has developed one of the largest digital signage footprints in Colorado.
Nick attributes a great deal of his success in business to the life lessons he learned during his lacrosse career. Playing for Colorado State University, he was a First team All-American and team captain. Nick was selected to the USA West college all-star team twice, giving him the ability to play in China, Japan, and Australia. In 2005 Nick was voted team captain and MVP for the USA West team. In 2013, Nick was inducted into the Colorado State lacrosse hall of fame.
As Strategic Advisor for Edison Interactive, Devin helps guide the long-term strategy and business initiatives of the company.
Currently serving as the President of Vinyl Trading Desk, Devin oversees all business units and heads up the long term strategy, goals, plans and the complete organizational structure of the company. Devin also leads all online display, video and mobile advertising. Prior to joining the Vinyl team, Yeager worked as one of the first employees at Altitude Digital as the COO, where he was integral in the company’s growth and managed all day to day operations as well as the company’s largest clients.

Robert McBride is an International taxi and ground transportation leader and the former President of the Taxicab, Limousine, & Paratransit Association (TLPA).
Robert is also the President and CEO of Metro Transportation Planning and Solutions Group, which owns Colorado’s largest and most successful taxi fleets.
As Strategic Advisor to Edison Interactive, Robert plays an integral part in developing, planning, and executing the company’s international screen distribution strategy.

As Senior VP of Software Development, Max Spirin leads Edison Interactive’s team of highly qualified engineers. Max‘s team is responsible for our long-term technology vision and strategy. His extensive knowledge and experience has been gained through many years of designing and building applications in various languages and platforms. He has been the lead developer for Edison Interactive over the past 8 years and has been responsible for developing many facets of our interactive platform.
